2.2 Information From Google

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We use this only to create your account and sign you in. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar or YouTube account. See section 10 for full details.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our app, we automatically collect certain information, including:

The services we use to run the app are:

• Google Sign-In, to let you log in with your Google account
• YouTube (YouTube API Services), to publish approved exercise videos on the Bulletproof Fitness YouTube channel
• Cloudinary, to store an uploaded video while it waits for review

10. Google and YouTube Data

10.1 Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. We use it to create and identify your Bulletproof Fitness account, show your name on your profile, and contact you about your account. We do not access any other data in your Google account.

10.2 YouTube API Services

Bulletproof Fitness uses YouTube API Services. When you upload an exercise video, it is stored on Cloudinary and reviewed by our team. If it is approved, we publish it on the Bulletproof Fitness YouTube channel and show it on our website. Only our own channel is authorized to receive these uploads; we never ask for access to your YouTube account and never post to it.

By uploading a video, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of the video is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

10.3 How We Use, Store and Share Google Data

• We use Google data only for the purposes above: signing you in and publishing approved videos.
• We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI or machine-learning models.
• We do not share Google data with anyone except the service providers listed in section 9, and only as needed to run these features, or when required by law.
• Your profile data is stored in our database over encrypted connections. The access token for our YouTube channel is kept only on our server and is never shown to users.

10.4 Limited Use

Bulletproof Fitness's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10.5 Retention, Deletion and Revoking Access

• An uploaded video file is deleted from Cloudinary as soon as it is published on YouTube. A video that is not approved can be deleted on request.
• You can ask us to delete your account, your Google profile data and your videos (including removing them from our YouTube channel) by contacting us (section 14). We act on requests within 30 days.
• You can remove Bulletproof Fitness's access to your Google account at any time on your Google Account permissions page.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may also retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention and safety.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
